The NERV Act — Neurological Emergency Response and Verification Act is proposed legislation being developed by Direct Energy Weapons Agency, Inc. to create a clear response pathway for individuals experiencing serious, unexplained neurological symptoms.
The goal of the NERV Act is simple: individuals should not have to prove what caused their symptoms before receiving appropriate medical attention and baseline neurological evaluation.
The proposed legislation would establish a coordinated process involving:
- immediate safety and medical assessment;
- appropriate neurological evaluation and baseline documentation;
- follow-up care when symptoms persist or change;
- documentation of reported exposures;
- specialized investigation when warranted;
- environmental and technical assessment when appropriate; and
- continued review as new evidence, medical findings, or scientific testing becomes available.
The NERV Act does not assume that every unexplained neurological condition is caused by directed energy or any particular technology. It is designed to ensure that individuals receive a structured response while medical professionals, investigators, and qualified technical experts work to determine what the available evidence supports.
