Purpose:

We are an organization that regulates, raise awareness, educate & helps protect communities, civilians, men, women, children, security & law enforcement officers from Criminal, Illegal use of Directed Energy including radio frequency, chemical, electrical, radiant, mechanical, thermal, nuclear, Microwave, Pulsed Energy, Neurotechnology & Acoustic energy through DEW Police, DEW School and DEW Medical & Research at the Direct Energy Center.

Mission:     

  • To build solutions in helping to protect the communities, public from criminal use of Direct Energy Weapons.

Vision:

  • To make it mandatory to use building material that blocks Criminal Direct Energy Attacks (electromagnetic, acoustic and neuro weapons) from penetrating through walls whereby physically &/or mentally disabling residents, Individuals and Families when they are “within” their own homes (house, apartment, room, studio, condo, mansion, etc.).
  • To include a Universal VoiceToSkull medical procedure that DETECTS and DISCONNECTS any man, woman or child that reports he or she is hearing voices.

Also Educate children, teens and young adults about the importance of informing parents if hear voices, etc.

Teamwork – Equip Law Enforcement Personnel, Security personnel, Local Police, Military, etc. with Sonic & Directed Pulsed Microwave Weapons and Acoustic weapons detectors that helps them locate where signals &/or frequencies are coming from when responding to Direct Energy, Acoustic and Neuro Weapons attacks, including;

    2. Hearing group (chatroom) of voices (hackers)
    3. Forced repeated traumatic nightmares
    4. Forced Suicidal thoughts

Aims/Objectives

  • Direct Energy Center – Inform & educate all peace officers about ALL types and use of Illegal, Legal, Handheld, Portable and Homemade Neuro Weapons & Technology – Sonic Weapons, Acoustic Weapons, Radio Frequencies (Voice To Skull) & Directed Energy Weapons at home and abroad. Also equip each and every one with a Scanner to help them detect when these types of weapons are illegally in use.
  • Criminal Division – works to apprehend criminal users of voice to skull, Neuro & Acoustic Weapons Technology.
  • Every home & business throughout the United States of America have a RF (Radio frequency), Electric, and magnetic field reader, detector with alarm affixed to ceiling next to fire alarms. including new & existing building, residential & commercial properties.
  • Provide a safe and “knowledgeable” environment to treat and rehabilitate Victims of Direct Pulsed, Microwave Energy, Acoustic and Neuro (Voice To Skull) Weapons.
