Current and Developing Departments

Direct Energy Weapons Agency, Inc. was created to build a civilian-centered pathway for documentation, support, education, research, public safety coordination, advocacy, and future access to medical and technical review for individuals reporting suspected directed-energy crimes and related harms.

The following departments and initiatives have been created or are being developed by the Founder to address the different areas of need. As revenue, grants, donations, sponsorships, and partnerships are raised, DEWA intends to hire staff, volunteers, advisors, and trained professionals to help operate and expand each department.

1. Directed Energy Police – Civilian incident reporting, documentation, case review, and crime-analysis division for suspected directed-energy crimes, acoustic harassment, electronic harassment, stalking, psychological interference, and related complaints.
2. Directed Energy Support Network – A support and advocacy network for civilians seeking guidance, documentation help, peer connection, resources, and future referral assistance.
3. Directed Energy School – The education and training division created to develop lessons, videos, workshops, and public safety training on directed-energy awareness, documentation, safety, and medical-first response.
4. Human Hackers Network – A public education and research initiative focused on psychological manipulation, decision interference, social engineering, coercive influence, and technology-assisted harm.
5. Brain Safety – A cognitive safety initiative focused on brain health, cognitive privacy, neurological protection, decision-making safety, and awareness of reported brain-related symptoms.
6. Directed Energy Security – A developing safety and security division focused on protective education, environmental awareness, risk-reduction strategies, and future security guidance for individuals, families, businesses, and communities.
7. Safety and Protection – A practical safety division focused on personal safety planning, documentation practices, protective steps, and guidance for civilians reporting harassment, stalking, intimidation, or technology-assisted abuse.
8. Civilian Count – A public documentation and survey initiative created to help count civilian reports, identify patterns, support public awareness, and inform future research, advocacy, and policy efforts.
9. Public Safety and Civilian Assistance Office – A developing office created to bridge civilian reports, public safety concerns, support services, documentation, and responsible medical-first guidance.
10. Research Division – A research and data-review division focused on surveys, case pattern analysis, public education, grant support, and future collaboration with medical, scientific, technical, legal, and policy professionals.
11. COPLAD — Cognitive Oversight, Policy & Legislative Affairs Division – The policy and legislative affairs division focused on cognitive privacy, public oversight, proposed laws, government engagement, and civilian protection advocacy.
12. Neuro Rehabilitation Prison – A future criminal justice and rehabilitation concept exploring specialized evaluation, accountability, and rehabilitation for individuals who may misuse directed-energy technology, acoustic devices, psychological manipulation, or technology-assisted methods to harm others.
13. Energy Protection Guide – An educational resource initiative designed to provide safety guides, checklists, handouts, and public information on energy awareness, documentation, environmental safety, and protective practices.
14. Health and Community Wellness Division – A wellness-focused division created to support medical evaluation awareness, stress reduction, rehabilitation support, community care, and responsible referrals to qualified professionals.
15. Victims of Directed Energy Weapons – A victim-centered advocacy initiative created to recognize, support, document, and give voice to individuals who report harm from suspected directed-energy weapons, acoustic devices, electronic harassment, psychological interference, or related abuse.

• Equip every home & business throughout the United States of America with an energy detector with alarm affixed to ceiling next to fire alarms, to warn occupants about “unsafe elevated levels of directed energy“.

Directed Energy Technologies and Potential for Criminal Misuse

Directed energy technologies—including acoustic systems, highly directional sound devices, and microwave-based systems—are designed for legitimate military, commercial, or research purposes. However, if used criminally, unregulated, or without informed consent, they could pose risks ranging from physical injury to psychological manipulation.

Acoustic systems use concentrated sound waves to project messages or high-decibel tones.

Potential harms when misused:

• Hearing damage (temporary or permanent)

Very high sound intensities can damage inner ear structures. Chronic exposure to extreme noise can contribute to stress-related neurological effects.

2. Directional “Beam” Sound Systems (e.g., Holosonics / Audio Spotlight)

Companies such as Holosonics developed parametric speaker systems often marketed as “Audio Spotlight” technology. These systems:

• Use ultrasonic carriers
• Create a narrow beam of audible sound
• Deliver speech to a specific location
• Remain nearly inaudible outside the beam path

The sound is still heard through the ears. It is not transmitted directly into the brain.
