Why Your Support Matters

Across the United States, civilians who believe they are experiencing Havana Syndrome–type symptoms or other suspected neurological harms often have nowhere to report, no coordinated civilian intake process, and no clear pathway to documentation or assistance.

Direct Energy Weapons Agency, Inc. (DEWA) is a national public-safety nonprofit working to close that gap.

Your donation supports DEWA’s integrated public-safety framework, including:

  • DEWA Public Safety & Victim Assistance Offices – civilian intake, documentation, and victim support
  • DEW Police – non-law-enforcement civilian reporting and incident documentation
  • DEWA Cognitive Privacy & Legislative Affairs Division – research, policy development, and government outreach

Together, these divisions work to ensure civilians are heard, incidents are responsibly documented, and pathways toward medical, policy, and institutional solutions can be built.

Contributions support public education, outreach, documentation, and advocacy efforts as DEWA works with elected leaders and institutions to establish state-level offices nationwide.

Even a small donation helps strengthen this effort and ensures victims are no longer left to navigate these experiences alone.
