Support Civilian Neurological Advocacy
Help establish the first civilian intake and documentation pathway for unexplained neurological harm.
Across the United States, civilians experiencing unexplained neurological, cognitive, and physical symptoms often have nowhere to report, no coordinated intake process, and no clear pathway to documentation or advocacy.
Direct Energy Weapons Agency, Inc. (DEWA) is a federally recognized 501(c)(3) public-safety nonprofit working to close that gap.
Your donation helps ensure civilians are heard, documented, and supported while ethical, medical, and policy pathways continue to develop.
What Your Support Makes Possible
Contributions support DEWA’s civilian public-safety framework, including:
- Civilian Intake & Documentation
Providing a structured, non-law-enforcement reporting process for civilians experiencing neurological harm. - Victim Advocacy & Case Preservation
Maintaining records for future medical review, legal inquiry, or policy evaluation. - Public Education & Outreach
Educating communities, institutions, and leaders about civilian neurological harm and the need for ethical oversight. - Policy & Legislative Engagement
Supporting research, documentation standards, and government outreach to establish formal civilian pathways nationwide.
Together, this work ensures civilians are not left to navigate these experiences alone.
A Note on Leadership & Equity
Direct Energy Weapons Agency serves all civilians, regardless of race, background, or belief.
At the same time, DEWA is a Black woman–founded and led nonprofit. Like many Black women founders working in public-interest and safety-focused spaces, the organization has faced significant barriers to funding, visibility, and institutional support—despite the seriousness and professionalism of its work.
This initiative exists not because support was readily available, but because the need was too urgent to ignore.
Your contribution helps ensure that critical civilian safety work is not stalled by systemic inequities.
